Go Tri with MSA

Activity Details:

  • Name: GO TRI with MSA “Cycling and Running with Confidence” (women only)
  • Description: The programme has been brought to you by GO TRI, Muslimah Sports Association, Redbridge Cycling Circuit and Redbridge Leisure and Culture. At only £5 for each session, (which includes bike hire), this is great value. We look forward to seeing you there – bring a friend and have some fun.
  • Date and Time: Every Thursdays in term time and start at 10:00am and finish around 11:30am.


  • Age Group: 18yrs+
  • Skill Level: Complete beginners welcome
  • Equipment Needed: 
  1. General kit list: Trainers, Leggings, T-Shirt or top, Water bottle, Towel
  2. Biking: Bike (any bike will do), Helmet, *Limited Bikes available*
  3. Running: All you need is a pair of trainers

Registration Process for New Participants:

  • 1. Pay £10.00 MSA Registration Fee: Initiate your registration by completing the payment of £10.00 by Clicking Here. Please be patient during processing; it may take a moment.
  • 2. Fill Out the MSA Registration Form: After successful payment, you will be directed to the registration form. Please provide accurate information to create your MSA profile.
  • 3. Book Activities: Once your registration form is submitted, you can explore and book activities that align with your interests.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Non-refundable unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled. Once paid, the session cannot be rolled over.

    The sessions take place at the safe, purpose-built closed road Redbridge cycling circuit and will be coached by female coaches. If the weather is bad then the sessions will continue inside.

    There is parking and changing facilities on site. All you need to bring with you is suitable clothes for cycling, jogging and some trainers. The weather is a little unpredictable now so please be prepared for all weather conditions.

    If you plan to come along on the day, please arrive 15mins before 10am, it’ll help the team get you set-up with a bike in time for the start.
