- Description: Come and join us for 30 mins of NFL flag training, followed by 1 hour football drills and games

Requirements:
- Skill Level: Complete beginners welcome. Sessions are suitable for all beginners and those returning to football.
- Equipment Needed: Please wear suitable trainers and clothing and bring water.
