  • Description:

    While suitable for all women, these sessions are delivered as part of our MenoFit programme because Pilates can be particularly beneficial during perimenopause and beyond. Following our Menopause Awareness Workshop, Veerpal Sandhu, our menopause clinician, shared why Pilates is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise during this stage of life:

    * Builds muscle to support metabolism.
    * Helps maintain bone strength.
    * Improves posture, balance and core strength.
    * Strengthens the pelvic floor.
    * Reduces joint aches and stiffness.
    * Improves flexibility and mobility.
    * Supports better breathing and stress management.
    * May improve sleep, energy and overall wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Age Group: 18+
  • Skill Level: Complete beginners welcome
  • Equipment Needed: Please bring a mat and you can bring a towel if needed.

  • Availability: Up to 20 spaces available
  • Booking Deadline: No deadline – until spaces gone

Registration Process for New Participants:

  • 1. Pay £10.00 MSA Registration Fee: Initiate your registration by completing the payment of £10.00 by Clicking Here. Please be patient during processing; it may take a moment.
  • 2. Fill Out the MSA Registration Form: After successful payment, you will be directed to the registration form. Please provide accurate information to create your MSA profile.
  • 3. Book Activities: Once your registration form is submitted, you can explore and book activities that align with your interests.

Cost:

  • Activity Fee: £6 per session

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Non-refundable unless the session is cancelled or rescheduled. Once paid, the session cannot be rolled over.
