Sifaya has worked in sports development and marketing over the past few years. Previously, at the England & Wales Cricket Board, she led projects supporting ethnically diverse communities, with a specific focus on increasing South Asian women’s participation in sport. She also contributed to major national campaigns, including The Hundred and England teams, emphasising inclusive engagement and community impact across grassroots andelite levels. Passionate about sustainable change, she has joined the Muslimah Sports Association to drive access and representation in sport without compromising faith or religion.
