To secure your place on the tour, please follow the payment schedule below. Once your deposit has been received, your place will be reserved and you will be invited to join the MSA WhatsApp Group.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Once deposit is paid, you’ll be invited to join the MSA WhatsApp Group. As soon as you pay your deposit you are strongly advised to book your flights.
• Holiday package is organised by Holiday Group International Limited. Muslimah Sports Association are only facilitating the holiday.
• PLEASE NOTE: Each person will need to give a minimum £20 tip to the driver and guide at the end of the trip. This is mandatory so please ensure you have enough cash at the end of your trip.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation fees apply from the date of confirmation of booking based on the total program cost:

• 90 days prior to arrival no cancellation fees and full refund

• 90–60 days prior to arrival refund of 90% of total amount

• 59–30 days prior to arrival refund of 80% of total amount

• 29–25 days prior to arrival refund of 70% of total amount

• 24–14 days prior to arrival refund of 50% of total amount

• 13–07 days prior to arrival refund of 20% of total amount

• 06–01 days prior to arrival or no show 0% of total amount – no refund due
